• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card details on our servers.

• To manage your account, subscription, and billing.
• To improve our product and fix issues.

4. AI Processing of Meeting Notes

When you paste or upload meeting notes, this content is sent to Anthropic (Claude AI) for processing to extract action items. Anthropic processes this data according to their own privacy policy. We recommend you do not include highly sensitive personal information in meeting notes processed through Kriyafy.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate Kriyafy:

• Supabase — database and authentication
• Vercel — website hosting
• Resend — email delivery
• Anthropic — AI processing of meeting notes
• Razorpay — payment processing

We do not sell your data to any third party.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase servers. We use row-level security, encrypted connections, and secure authentication to protect your information. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, you may request deletion of your data by emailing care@kriyafy.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving your request.
