Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for or using Kriyafy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Kriyafy. These terms apply to all users including company administrators and team members who receive task emails.

2. The Service

Kriyafy is an AI-powered meeting action item tracker and meeting minutes platform. It allows company administrators to paste meeting notes, extract action items using AI, send task emails to team members, and track completion. Kriyafy is a product of White Pearl, based in Mumbai, India.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using Kriyafy. If you do not subscribe, your account will be restricted.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Current plans: Starter ₹2,999/month, Growth ₹4,999/month, Enterprise ₹7,999/month.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay on behalf of White Pearl.
• You may see "White Pearl" on your bank statement, UPI notification, or OTP SMS during payment. This is the registered merchant name for Kriyafy payments.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Kriyafy to:

• Send spam or unsolicited emails to people who have not attended your meetings
• Process any illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our software
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable Indian or international law
• Share your account credentials with people outside your organisation

6. Your Content

You own all meeting notes and content you upload to Kriyafy. By using the service, you give us permission to process this content using AI to extract action items and polish meeting minutes on your behalf. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. AI Accuracy

Kriyafy uses AI to extract action items and rewrite meeting minutes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated results may not always be perfect. You are responsible for reviewing extracted action items and polished minutes before sending them to your team. Kriyafy is not liable for errors in AI-generated content.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep Kriyafy available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts the service. We will try to notify you in advance of planned downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kriyafy is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, White Pearl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behaviour, or fail to pay. You may delete your account at any time by contacting care@kriyafy.com.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email before significant changes take effect. Continued use of Kriyafy after changes means you accept the updated terms.
